It depends on the delivery location, but it takes almost three weeks to deliver the order, but it might exceed if some issue comes.

We accept all CUSTOM orders, contact us, and give me your design and color scheme. We will offer you a reasonable price and make samples for you ASAP.
- Do you make a design for your customer?
Yes, we have experienced and trained designers who design for the customers according to customer wishes.
- What material do you use?
We generally use high-quality wool, silk, bamboo silk on cotton foundation, and other materials depending on customer requirements.
- Do you supply samples?
No, we do not supply samples, all the products are displayed on our online website, and we deliver 100% the same thing as we show on the website.
- What’s the shipping way?
UPS, FedEx, or USPS are used to ship smaller items and delivered within three weeks. The purchaser will receive the carrier name and tracking number via email.
- How to identify hand-made rugs?
The backside of the rug can tell if this rug is handmade or machine-made. A rug made from hand has a non-uniform grid pattern of warp and weft threads, while rugs made from the machine have a uniform grid pattern of warp and weft threads. The most common misconception about hand-made rugs is that lot of care is required to maintain them. Maintaining them is not much tricky here. Below are described some points which will help you in retaining the Rug:
